Therapy is an avenue by which you can build upon your strengths, take a look at your life challenges, and work toward creating more satisfying life experiences. My experience is with people who have concerns about how symptoms of trauma, depression, and anxiety are affecting their day to day life. I will work with you to walk through the issues that are causing you pain.
Research shows that the most important element of successful treatment is a strong working relationship between you and your therapist. I use collaboration, respect, humor, and interventions from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Psycho-dynamic Therapy to help people reach their personal goals.
I have been working as a mental health therapist since 2013 after earning my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University that same year. Outside of work, I enjoy live music, learning my guitar, enjoying film and TV, and spending time with family and friends.
