Our therapists are encouraged to practice what they preach, and that includes setting boundaries for their own life balance, working with the right age and mix of clients, and setting a schedule that allows them to bring their best to every session. We update our availability every Thursday and openings fill quickly. We do not keep a wait list. It is our goal to serve all folks age 6 and older, but at this time we have very limited availability for kids 12 and under. See the Our Team page for details on age/session limits for each therapist.

We have two locations in Everett and Freeland and are able to serve all Washington state residents through our Video office.
For video sessions, we use Telehealth by SimplePractice, the same company that we contract with to manage our electronic health record and to file insurance claims. It is easy to use and exceeds privacy and security requirements. Click here for an FAQ for clients from SimplePractice that provides more information.

We have a strong belief that access to behavioral health services should be universally available to everyone at a reasonable cost, because there are challenging times in every life when we all need some help. Our world and society are ever-changing and it's hard to keep up, yet we expect ourselves to do just that- manage it all- and preferably with a smile on your face and all on your own. We are in network with most insurance companies (including Medicaid WA Apple Health plans) and many Employee Assistance Programs to minimize out of pocket costs to our clients. We also contribute to training the next generation of therapists so we can offer low-cost cash pay options when using insurance is not an option for our clients, and to do our part to address provider shortages.
